The pre-construction phase starts with an initial meeting between the client and Coastal Builders. This allows us to familiarize ourselves with you and your building needs, timeline, expectations and budget. Goals and objectives can be defined and questions and concerns answered. Scope of work will be determined along with the amount of work required and outline a schedule.

Select from one of our many house plans or we can help design and draw one for you. We will ensure that your plan design corresponds to fit on the lot and comply with all requirements.
Our team of experienced designers are dedicated to helping you create a home that is both beautiful and functional. We will work closely with you in choosing your personalized selections to ensure that their vision is brought to life. A finalized quote and specifications sheet will be provided.
Once you have agreed on a house plan design and purchase price you can submit the signed contract to your lender or we can refer you to one of our preferred lenders.
After financing has been secured and final review of plans and selections we will submit to county for approval.
